All our units are fully remodeled by our team at Troy Building Co, while Magur Holdings handles every aspect related to renting units in our historic buildings in downtown Troy, NY where our expertly renovated units have become homes to many.

Apartments range from $1250 to $2000 per month.
First month rent + a security deposit which is the same amount as the rent. So if it’s $1250/mo for rent then $1250 is the security deposit.
Once you apply here on our site, or if you find the listing on another platform, you’ll be charged the $30 application fee.
Yes, both are required.
Water, garbage, recyling, snow removal and lawn care.
Registered dogs with documentation that are under 40lbs, cats are ok but we can’t accept power breed dogs since may tenants long term tenants have young children and the apartments including those with yard space isn’t adequate for the breed requirements for activity.

It’s been a small family business since 2015 and we plan to stay a small family business. All our units are treated with reverence and care and all undergo renovations. The owner lives in the center of downtown Troy among one of the units built by hand by our company - Troy Building Co.
